Preparation and Delivery

Preparation package is provided by us in within 1 to 3 working days (depending on the vacation periods and holidays).
Delivery is made by post to “COLISSIMO off without signature.”
Once the package prepared, it will be delivered with a delay of 48 hours (in France) directly in your mailbox. If it is not big enough or you are absent, notice of the proceeding will be filed. You can then collect your parcel within the office nearest post within 15 days.

The Buyer is obliged to check the presence of the servant of the post or courier, the state of the packaging of the goods and content delivery.

Delivery errors / non-compliance

The buyer must make to the Company on the day of delivery or later than the first business day following delivery, any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of goods in kind or in quality compared to indicated on the order . Any claims made beyond this time will be rejected.

Late delivery

The company guarantees that deliveries will be made according to the conditions guaranteed by the service carriers (except in cases of force majeure as defined in the law), and shown on the website or during the ordering process.

Pursuant to Article L121 -16 and 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven ( 7) days to exercise his right of withdrawal . This period starts from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
In case of shipment occurred between the date of the order and the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal, shipping and return to the Company remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Any claim made after this deadline will not be taken into account and the Company will be relieved of all liability. If the above conditions are met, then the Company will exchange or refund of (these) product (s) fails, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by the Company of the package.

All product returns must be a formal agreement between the Company and the buyer.
Any return accepted by the Company, in the case of a defect or non- conformity of the goods, the buyer will get either a refund or replacement of the Product or issue a credit in the amount corresponding to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages. Products must be returned within 48 hours in their packaging and their original packaging , in Colissimo at the buyer’s expense , to the following address :

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before taking any legal action. Otherwise, any legal action shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Versailles.
